APS Unpacking Trauma Symposium - Panel Discussion

There has been discussion about the most effective approach to treating trauma. At the heart of such discussion lies the question of whether exposure to traumatic intrusions and memories is necessary in the treatment of clients presenting with PTSD. This panel will discuss the evidence for and against exposure therapy, while reflecting on research that helps illuminate when exposure therapy may be indicated and when other approaches should be considered.
